Bioconductor https://www.bioconductor.org is a great source of R-based tools to analyze RNA-Seq and other high-throughput data. We’ll discuss some of the tools available and how to find more.
Prerequisites
The lesson, as part of the Data Carpentry workshop at Max Planck in January 2018, is aimed at graduate students and other researchers. You don’t need to have any previous knowledge of the tools that will be presented at the workshop.
